HOW WE CAN HELPPayment, refunds & gift support

Support reviews begin every day at 20:00 Thailand time (UTC+7). This is when we start reviewing requests, not a guaranteed resolution or automatic gift-delivery time.

Include the email used to purchase, payment date and amount, an order reference if you have one, and what went wrong. If you paid but did not receive a link, please do not pay again.

Receiving your message does not mean a refund is approved or the issue is resolved. We will reply to the email you provide.
